How do I start a trial?

How do I go about mapping my data?
All of our integrations come with standard mappings that work out of the box. You only need to make tweaks when necessary. Our support team is available to assist with customizations as needed.
I need to execute a workflow when data is updated. If data is not in CRM, how can I do this?
Our integrations support triggers that will allow you to launch flows, workflows, plugins and more as data updates are made in external systems. Any webhooks provided by the external system are brought into D365 and can trigger D365 logic.
What if this does not work, is it difficult to uninstall?
If order to remove our solution from your environment, you can simply uninstall the solution. Our solutions are validated with Microsoft and can be easily uninstalled which will remove all trace of our applications. We can also assist with setting up sandbox environments for testing.
How are your integrations priced?
One flat fee per month with discounts for annual subscriptions. Our pricing is published online for all integrations. No additional upfront costs.
How long does the initial synchronization take?
With Cached Entity integrations, data is not technically synchronized into your D365 environment. Instead it is fetched real-time when a request is made. Therefore, there is no intial synchronization.
I need to update data in my external system. Aren't virtual entities read-only?
Virtual entities are read-only. However, we provide several capabilities within the system that will trigger updates in external systems when necessary. For example, updating a contact in D365 can automatically trigger an update in Mailchimp.
