Mailchimp Data Embedded in D365

With the Cached Entity integration between Mailchimp and Dynamics 365, you are able to embed metrics from Mailchimp directly within account, contact and lead records within D365. Take a look below for a screenshot showing the contact view as an example.



From within the contact, there are several metrics available including:

  • Original Opt-In Date

  • Current status

  • Average Click Rate

  • Average Open Rate

  • Member Ranking

  • Last Activity Date

  • Sent Count

  • Open Count

  • Click Count

  • List of Recent Activities


This widget pulls data in real-time from Mailchimp using the email addresses on the record you are viewing. It can also display information on multiple lists within Mailchimp if you are leveraging that functionality.
